My mission is to help you to recognise and draw upon your natural creative gifts. I developed Creative Journeying after being inspired by the tradition of journeying in Shamanism. This is a non-judgmental process where I guide you on a deep visual meditation to access the wisdom and innate creativity that lies therein. Too often, we seek external stimulation - our society is designed to make us think that we need things, experiences, busy-ness, not to mention validation from others. Journeying can lead you to find your own answers. You may even meet some guides along the way. Whatever happens, you will become clearer about your own gifts and how to use them to manifest creatively in this life, be it through the medium of writing, music, art, dance, sewing, cooking, gardening, singing, design or simply just being. A creative life is a life that we are fully invested in, as opposed to one that seems to run itself automatically on repeat. When we live creatively, we make an impact as we allow our uniqueness to filter out into the world. It is not about being good at something, or appearing to be successful, or reaching thousands of people. It's about valuing our soul note and sounding it in as small or large a way as we desire.

Below you will find opportunities to work with me in a group setting, where we will build beautiful connections and hold space for one another while we reconnect with our innate creativity. If you have deeper work you would like guidance with, I also provide a one-to-one creative mentoring service, as well as energy healing sessions via Zoom.
